Project and tasks
As part of our collaboration with the brand, we took on the entire production cycle — from developing patterns based on the client's detailed technical specifications to sewing the first samples and serial batches for the launch of the collections.
The main focus of the collection was on premium fabrics, including:
• organza;
• delicate silk fabrics;
• combined materials with a complex structure;
• decorative elements for finishing by hand.
Stages of work
1. Pattern development
• Working on technical tasks, including sketches, technical specifications and design requirements.
• Creating basic patterns
• Grading sizes, taking into account the proportions and design features of each product.
2. Prototyping
• Sewing test samples based on patterns.
• Detailed fit sessions to check the fit and compliance with the designer's concept.
• Making corrections and retesting until the sample is approved.
3. Sewing collections and batches
• Launching small batches of 10 units for capsule collections.
• Working with delicate materials: organza, silk, mesh, which require maximum precision and experience in working with slippery and thin fabrics.
4. Sophisticated finishing
• Careful handwork when finishing cuts.
• Carefully selected combination of fabrics and trims for a premium look.
• Quality control of each product at every stage of production — from cutting to packaging.
5. Quality control and logistics
• AQL control at every stage of sewing.
• Personalised packaging of products.
• Delivery of finished batches for showrooms and international customers.
Result
• Precise patterns for models have been created and implemented.
• Samples and batches made from organza and complex materials with flawless internal and external finishing.
• Stable quality and compliance with all brand requirements for premium products ensured.
