• Launches the model into production and supervises all stages: cutting, sewing, finishing. • Coordinates schedules and monitors deadlines. • Quickly resolves production issues and eliminates delays.


6. Quality control
• Checks the quality of fabrics and details before sewing.
• Monitors compliance with technology at each stage.
• Accepts finished batches and checks compliance with standards.



7. Packaging and labelling
• Selects packaging materials: bags, boxes, film, branded labels.
• Supervises the process of packaging, labelling and assembling finished products. • Ensures that products are ready for sale or shipment.

The personal manager service is paid and amounts to 10% of the total cost of all production expenses, including:
• purchase of fabrics and accessories,
