Development of patterns for collections

We offer professional pattern development for models of any complexity — from basic designs to exclusive designer products.
We work from sketches, photos, finished products or technical specifications.

What is included in the service:
• model analysis and consultation on technological features;
• construction of basic patterns taking into account the fabric, fit and silhouette;
• testing the fit on samples, eliminating defects; • making changes and creating the final version of patterns ready for serial sewing;
• preparing files for printing on a plotter or transferring to CAD systems


Pattern grading

After the main pattern is approved, we perform grading — professional enlargement or reduction of patterns to form a complete size chart for the model.


Standard size chart

We work according to the standard size chart of our production.
All key parameters (chest, waist, hip, product length, sleeve length, etc.) are listed in the attached size chart, which the customer receives for review and approval before the start of work.

This allows us to:
• ensure a correct fit for each size;
• standardise the production process and simplify repeat orders;
• reduce grading time and optimise material costs.



Patterns according to individual customer parameters

If necessary, we also develop patterns according to individual customer measurements — for non-standard figures, special styles or exclusive models.
This guarantees a perfect fit and exact compliance with the requirements of the brand or designer.

We also offer the development of patterns in the basic size 44 (size S) with subsequent fittings on an anatomical mannequin size 44, which most accurately replicates the proportions of the human body in a standard figure.

This solution allows you to:
• conveniently and quickly check the fit without the involvement of a model;
• control the exact fit of the product on the figure during all stages of development;

• Pattern grading: 50% of the cost of the main pattern for each additional size.
